Our Glasses are Full

Just a sneek peekie of my Optimism layouts from the June 2011 Scrapbooking From The Inside Out.  It is a bit bittersweet as these layouts are my last for SFTIO.  I loved being on the team and sending my heartfelt thanks to Rachel for giving me the opportunity to be a part of this awesome business.

My first layout is my fave...and it is about looking at whether your glass is half-full or half-empty.

In my view, our glasses are always full...we are so fortunate in our lives. Sometimes it may not always seem so...but in those times of frustration, it simply means that we have to center in on why we feel this way...focus on the situation at hand and determine whether or not it is something to be upset about. Often times our negative thought patterns are manufactured and we must always remember how blessed we both are.
